Welcome to DACREATES LLC. By purchasing products from our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following Terms of Sale, Product Disclaimer, and Safety Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Product Descriptions and Mystery Boxes
Our products include, but are not limited to, 3D-printed mystery boxes, collectible figures, fidget toys, decorative items, and other 3D-printed creations.
Mystery boxes contain a surprise selection of items. While we strive to provide fun, unique, and enjoyable products, the exact contents of each mystery box may vary. Unless specifically stated in the product listing, individual items, colors, designs, and styles are not guaranteed.
Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in color, texture, surface finish, layer lines, and appearance may occur. These variations are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process and are not necessarily defects.
2. Age Restrictions and Choking Hazards
Our products are not suitable for children under three (3) years of age.
Our 3D-printed figures, fidget toys, and other items may contain small parts or may break into small pieces if damaged. These parts may present a choking hazard.
Some products may be intended for older users or collectors. Adult supervision is recommended whenever products are used by children, and customers are responsible for determining whether an item is appropriate for the intended recipient.
Our products are not represented as certified children's toys unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable product listing.
Please keep damaged products and any broken pieces away from young children, pets, and anyone who may be at risk of swallowing small objects.
3. Product Durability and Handling
Our products are made using 3D-printing processes and materials that have inherent limitations. Although we strive to produce quality items, 3D-printed products are not indestructible.
Products may break, crack, deform, or otherwise become damaged if they are:
- Dropped onto hard surfaces or from elevated heights.
- Bent, twisted, pulled, squeezed, or stretched beyond their intended use.
- Thrown, crushed, stepped on, or subjected to excessive force.
- Exposed to excessive heat, direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or unsuitable environmental conditions.
- Used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Articulated figures and fidget toys may contain moving parts or joints that can loosen or break with repeated use or improper handling.
Customers are responsible for handling, storing, and using products with reasonable care. We cannot guarantee that products will withstand drops, impacts, rough handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
4. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DACREATES LLC is not responsible for damage caused by dropping, mishandling, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, or use contrary to product instructions or warnings.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from ordinary wear and tear or for breakage caused by forces or conditions beyond the product's intended use.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights, legal warranties, or liability for defective or unsafe products where such liability cannot lawfully be waived.

5. Product Use and Customer Responsibility
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed the product description and any applicable warnings.
- You understand that 3D-printed items can break under stress or impact.
- You will use products only for their intended purpose.
- You will keep products away from children under three years of age.
- You will inspect products periodically for cracks, loose parts, sharp edges, or other signs of damage.
- You will discontinue use immediately if a product becomes damaged or develops potentially hazardous parts.
Our fidget toys and collectible figures are intended for their stated purposes. Unless expressly indicated, they are not designed to withstand chewing, biting, heavy impact, or use as climbing, throwing, or impact-resistant objects.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Products
Our return and refund policies are subject to the applicable policy published on our website and to applicable law.
Because mystery boxes contain surprise items, the fact that a customer receives an unexpected design, color, or combination of items is not, by itself, evidence that the order is defective or incorrectly fulfilled, provided the order matches the advertised mystery-box offering.
We encourage customers to contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or has another issue requiring attention.
Nothing in this section removes any refund, replacement, or other remedy required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property and Product Designs
Unless otherwise stated, product designs, photographs, descriptions, branding, and other original materials displayed on our website belong to DACREATES LLC or are used with appropriate permission or licensing.
Products may not be reproduced, resold as original designs, or represented as the intellectual property of another person without appropriate authorization.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms of Sale, Product Disclaimer, and Safety Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase our products.
These terms are subject to applicable laws and do not limit rights that consumers are entitled to retain under those laws.
